A last minute Ronnie Boyce goal secured West Ham the FA Cup trophy in 1964 following a tense match against Preston North End at Wembley.
Preston scored first on 10 minutes, with Sissons equalising a minute later. Alex Dawson put the Lancashire side 2 – 1 up five minute before half time. Geoff Hurst leveled things on 52 minutes, with midfielder Boyce breaking the deadlock in the final minutes of the game.
