This is the official handover pennant from the 1987 UEFA Cup clash between AC Milan and Espanyol at Stadio via del Mare, the home ground of Italian side Lecce.
Espanyol won the away leg 2 – 0, and followed that with a goalless draw in Spain to progress to the next round of the competition.
The Spanish side made it all the way to the final, where they lost on penalties to Bayer Leverkusen.
