This memorial postcard was issued for Aston Villa fans following their 1902/03 FA Cup semi final defeat by Bury FC.
The Lancashire side beat Aston Villa 3 – 0 at Goodison Park on 21st March 1903, and went on ti win the final, not conceding a goal in any round of the competition!
