A fantastic example of a wartime international programme and ticket, from England’s match against Wales at Wembley in February 1943.
Note the instructions about what to do during an air raid on the front of the programme.
The programme has been signed by the England squad, including Stanley Matthews, Stan Cullis and goalscorers Raich Carter and Dennis Westcott.
George Lowrie scored a hat-trick for Wales, but the game ended 5 – 3 to the English.
