The meal was held at the Grand Hotel in Sheffield, which occupied the Fountain Precinct site in the city.
Pele and his Brazilian teammates were treated to some proper British fayre, including Cream of Asparagus soup and Roast Beef with potato croquettes.
Santos won 4 – 2, with Pele reportedly outshining everyone on the field.
