Part of our Don Masson collection, this handover pennant comes from the September 1977 international between East Germany and Scotland.
In front of 50,000 fans at the Weltjugend Stadion in East Berlin, Masson captained Scotland to a 1 – 0 defeat, with Hartmut Schade scoring the only goal in the 66th minute.
Less than a month after this game Masson left QPR for Derby County where he finished his career.
