This menu was signed by members of the 1949 Wolverhampton Wanderers squad who won the 1949 FA Cup final, beating Leicester City 3 – 1 at Wembley in front of 98,920 fans thanks to two goals from Jesse Pye and one from Sammy Smyth.
Leicester were without two key players for the game with Don Revie picking up a nose injury and goalkeeper Ian McGraw with a broken finger.
This was to be the 3rd FA Cup win for the men from Molineux.
