This is a handover pennant from the 1st leg of the European Cup Winners Cup quarter final between Barcelona and Manchester United in Spain.
The first leg saw Barcelona score once in each half to win 2 – 0 comfortably, putting the pressure on United in two weeks time at Old Trafford.
However, United turned the tables on home soil and a goal from Frank Stapleton and a Brian Robson brace saw them go through 3 – 2 on aggregate.
United went out in the semi final 3 – 2 on aggregate to Juventus, with the Italian side beating Porto 2 – 1 in the final in Basel.
