This giant postcard was issued by The Western Mail newspaper after Cardiff City defeated Sunderland 1 – 0 in the FA Cup at Roker Park on 8th January 1921.
Cardiff made it all the way to the semi-final before losing 3 – 1 in a replay to Wolves.
This was only their first season after being elected to the football league in 1920.
