This London hotel menu was signed by the 1965 Manchester United team at a meal following their 4 – 2 defeat to Arsenal in which Aston and Charlton scored for the red half of Manchester.
The menu was also signed by Sir Matt Busby and the two trainers Murphy & Crompton.
Scorers for the Highbury club on the day were Armstrong, Baker, Eastham and Radford.
United however went on to win the league, pipping their Yorkshire rivals Leeds United to the title on goal difference after the final game of the season.
