At the end of the 1963/64 season, Chelsea headed to The Caribbean for a number of friendlies against various national sides and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
This itinerary belonged to one of the members of the Chelsea party.
The traveling side opened up with a 7 – 0 win over Barbados, and beat St James in Jamaica a whopping 15 – 0 midway through the series.
Chelsea’s Caribbean tour only last 17 days, but they played a total of 11 matches which may explain the 2 – 1 loss to Haiti in the final game of the series.
They beat Wolves on three occasions during the tour, and lost on a further two.
