This is an original East Stand ticket from the 1950 FA Cup semi final between Chelsea and Arsenal, held at White Hart Lane on 18th March 1950.
After a fairly one sided first half at The Lane, Arsenal dragged themselves back into the game after a rousing team talk from Tom Whittaker at half time, with the end result a 2 – 2 draw.
In the replay, Arsenal went on to win 3 – 0, before defeating Liverpool 2 – 0 in the final.
