Mounted on a rounded oak backboard, this plaque was awarded to Jack Kelsey of Arsenal and Wales for his part in the 1959/60 Golden Boots XI Great Britain team.
It was presented to the player by the Sunday Dispatch, who merged with the Sunday Express in June 1961.
