In November 1979, Scotland faced Belgium in a European qualifier at the King Baudouin Stadium in the capital city, Brussels.
Goals in the early part of each half saw Jock Stein’s Scotland side go down 2 – 0 at the final whistle, but many Scottish fans will remember the match for an entirely different reason – defender Luc Millecamps’ man-handling of Kenny Dalglish.
Clearly Millecamps couldn’t wait to get his hands on Kenny’s shirt, as the pair swapped after the game, and this #7 matchworn shirt comes to us with recent photographs of it in the possession of Millecamps who sold it on to the previous owner.
