This is a hand written copy of the takings from Upton Park when West Ham met Bury FC in February 1928.
These receipts were submitted to the football league within six days of a game taking place, and as can be seen on the bottom right the league signed off the figures on 1st March.
Unfortunately for Hammers fans, Bury beat them 2 – 1 despite a James Ruffell goal for the home side.
