Still in great condition, here we have an official Clapton Orient Programme from their wartime match against Tottenham Hotspur in the London War League on 14th February 1942.
Orient lost the match 3 -2 in front of their home crowd, with A.H. Gibbons netting three times for the visitors. Burns and Amrstrong made it on to the scoresheet for Clapton, as can be seen marked on the programme by the original owner who has also crossed out the names of some players, who we can assume were either unable to start, or were substituted during the game itself.
