This shirt was worn by former Manchester City player David White during the first half of his one and only appearance for the England senior squad, against Spain in 1992.
Unfortunately for White, he missed an early chance that could have steadied a rather disjointed looking England ship. After losing confidence, Paul Merson was brought on in his place in the 78th minute. White went on to suffer a poor run of form, and would never play for England again.
