Jimmy Jackson played for Arsenal between 1899 and 1905, and was their first ever top-flight Captain after the side won promotion in the 1903/4 season.
Jackson eventually left Arsenal to join Leyton as player/manager before soon signing for West Ham and then Ranger.
He became a blacksmith from 1908 but briefly came out of retirement to play for Morton in his native Scotland.
