This cap was awarded to Jack Charlton when he appeared for the Three Lions against Romania in January 1969.
A packed Wembley stadium saw Jack’s first half header cancelled out by a 74th minute penalty scored by Florea Dumitrache, with the game ending in a 1 – 1 draw.
Charlton was responsible for the penalty, as he handled the ball in the England box.
